  Do not take your Subaru here. Got into an accident; insurance wanted to total the car. Gerber saw dollar signs. When I eventually got the car back, I immediately took it to the Subaru dealership and to have them check the work. Subaru called it fraud. Gerber claimed to have done $19k worth of work, using OEM parts. Subaru stated many of the parts listed as replaced were simply not replaced at all, and were the same damaged parts. Those that were replaced were off-brand. One of the wheels was not even ATTACHED properly. Subaru was surprised it didn't fall off on the freeway. Gerber put my life in danger. Called insurance to claim fraud. Gerber brought the estimate down to $11k. Everyone moved on without a second thought, but my Forester was never the same. Gerber said they had just accidentally sent me home with an old estimate. Wish it had just been totaled. Awful experience all around. Occurred in 2023.

  Fixed my equinox after a wreck that caused significant damage. They did a great job in a timely manner. Front desk staff was super friendly.

  Wayne is the WORST General Manager I’ve ever seen and the staff is just as incompetent if not worse! For one he is never available to speak with you when you have an issue. He tells his staff to tell you he’s in a meeting or will call you back meanwhile he’s just out in the shop smoking cigarettes laughing and joking. They will knowingly break things on your vehicle to total it out completely and not deal with the headache and they do NOT honor lifetime warranties. If they do it will be a crappy and subpar job like the rest of the work. These techs break so much stuff on your car and then give you the run around after you have picked it up. Poorly run shop it lacks in serious professionalism. If you want quality work go to the dealership do NOT trust OAK STREET with your vehicle if you value it! He even lets the techs take your car home over night without mentioning anything. I checked my odometer and well over 35 miles had been put on it while at the shop. BEWARE!!!! Choose another location
