  Terrible. Had a flat tire just a few hours after picking up at airport, brought to two places in Alpharetta, given a dirty old compact car as a replacement. Really bad look for Enterprise.

  First of all, EXCELLENT SERVICE!! The guy that helped me out with my car rent was full of energy and smiles and really made my whole experience smooth like butter. And the car itself I rented was a compact SUV, very clean and smelled so good like a brand new car. I really loved everything about it. Definitely will come back in the future if I ever need to rent a car again! 🔥🔥

  Absolutely OUTSTANDING! No need to go anywhere else. Excellent customer service, excellent selection, excellent people ! Jake was incredible and I will definitely be back for all my rental needs ! Do yourself a favor... go to this location and ask for Jake! Also a shout out to Stephen, the Branch Manager who is very friendly and runs a great location! Well Done !

  Made reservation, told me they had truck available , start my trip from canton 30 mins , got call and was told that they don’t. Wasted my time , then got transferred to the Marietta location and was asked if I could call back in 20 mins and the guy in the phone would not help me. Very disappointing
