Less than 24 hours ago, I paid thousands to have my tires replaced in Cape Coral, Florida I wanted to make sure I was safe on the road while I was taking a very long road trip across the country!! Less than 24 hours later, I found myself on the side of the road with a blown out tire. No tire shop in the area had what we needed so we had to drive about an hour out of the way and Dennis and Yancey at Mr. tire made sure that we were taken care of. They communicated with my husband who was still in Florida and us on the road side to make sure that we had everything that we needed and we could get there! We had so much trouble getting the spare tire off before we could even head his way! It was crazy, but thankfully we got to the shop before they closed and when I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and Dennis said “are you the emergency lady?” he swooped in and grabbed my keys and said I’m all ready for you and I was in and out in no time! Being hundreds of miles from home, stuck on the side of the road. It’s not a fun feeling. They were definitely a blessing and helped us get it taken care of as quickly as possible! They were even more helpful than triple AAA! There was also a younger blonde “kid” that was super helpful but I didn’t catch his name! But the three of them were the dream team!
