  Although I didn't have my car repaired here, I wish I would've picked this place. I walked in feeling discouraged from a previous body shop experience and the shop manager took the time to do an informal second opionion without charging me anything. He spent about 30 minutes explaining the repair process and the previous work on my car. This speaks so much to the integrity of this shop and I will definitely think of you should I or anybody I know need any body work (hopefully not). Thank you, thank you for being kind, honest people.

  Someone named Candace called my phone on yesterday claiming to have called my phone the previous day that my car was ready for pickup. She had not called at all, in fact there was no missed calls from the number. Even went as far as telling state farm that she called multiple times and left voicemails as well when they contacted the business after i reached out to them about the associate calling me saying i would be responsible for the rental car if i was not there to pick up on the day she called. I headed out this morning to make it back and I get to the shop and they were closed before 12pm as their hours state everywhere. I called the shop and no one answers, and the voicemail box was full. Thankfully, enterprise and statefarm had some sensible associates working at the time and they were able to get the issue resolved so that I won’t be paying for a rental car for someone else’s negligence to do their job correctly. Don’t rush customers to come return rentals when you’re not even going to be available for your full business hours to receive the return and give my vehicle back. I got off and drove nearly 5 hours to get to my vehicle and I now have to schedule to come back again. Would give 0 stars if i could because that’s what the service has been worth. Hopefully i’m never involved in an accident again where a statefarm customer is at fault because I will definitely be passing on their recommendations for car shops. I won’t speak on the quality of work on the car yet because I have not seen it, and I will edit once I have my car back in my possession. It’s just the service was unacceptable and needed to be addressed.

  This review is a little late but I had a dent in my fender and was only in town for 4 days. Even with the time constraints, the repairs were finished within 3 days. They answered all of my questions throughout the process and kept me updated. Michael and everyone here took such great care of me and my car. If anyone else needs any repairs, definitely come to Gerber Collission & Glass. They offer the best service in the business! Highly recommend

  Took my truck here after hitting a deer and had damage to my front bumper and driver side quarter panel. Michael took great care of my truck and me. They finished the work very expediently and no detail was missed at all. They even cleaned my truck and picked up a brand new front plate bracket for my new bumper since I needed one for my UGA front plate. Thank you so much to Michael and all the great people at this Gerber location. I could not recommend them enough for your vehicle repair needs. And all of this is coming from a very particular truck guy who works in a customer service career!
