- RHRashad HolmesNov 12, 20251.0Wayne is the WORST General Manager I’ve ever seen and the staff is just as incompetent if not worse! For one he is never available to speak with you when you have an issue. He tells his staff to tell you he’s in a meeting or will call you back meanwhile he’s just out in the shop smoking cigarettes laughing and joking. They will knowingly break things on your vehicle to total it out completely and not deal with the headache and they do NOT honor lifetime warranties. If they do it will be a crappy and subpar job like the rest of the work. These techs break so much stuff on your car and then give you the run around after you have picked it up. Poorly run shop it lacks in serious professionalism. If you want quality work go to the dealership do NOT trust OAK STREET with your vehicle if you value it! He even lets the techs take your car home over night without mentioning anything. I checked my odometer and well over 35 miles had been put on it while at the shop. BEWARE!!!! Choose another location

Communication grew less and less as the estimated time grew longer and longer. Asked for supplemental insurance to be approved, then never used it through my insurance company (which delayed the process). Meanwhile, I'm without a car. Will not be back or recommend.

- RCretro centralJul 23, 20251.0Used a screwdriver or something and marked up a bumper removing it, employee tried to claim that’s how the bumper is supposed to be. I had before photos. Used a screwdriver to removed a plastic cover and not only didn’t reinstall it, but scratched the plastic like crazy. Also messed up a seal on a taillight (pretty much the only mistake that could’ve happened with an expert). To top it all off they tried to give me my car back with a paint run, which I had to make them fix, and they broke my rear diffuser. Were my problems fixed? Well yes, after numerous emails, phone calls, even in person visits, and 8 months. Even when they were trying to fix the mistake, every call I made they acted clueless as to where the diffuser they ordered was. While I do respect everyone being respectful after the issues were brought up, the response should’ve been much more immediate. Also I know they’re usually busy, but taking about 30 seconds to let a car run before moving it would be nice.
