  Fixed my equinox after a wreck that caused significant damage. They did a great job in a timely manner. Front desk staff was super friendly.

  Wayne is the WORST General Manager I’ve ever seen and the staff is just as incompetent if not worse! For one he is never available to speak with you when you have an issue. He tells his staff to tell you he’s in a meeting or will call you back meanwhile he’s just out in the shop smoking cigarettes laughing and joking. They will knowingly break things on your vehicle to total it out completely and not deal with the headache and they do NOT honor lifetime warranties. If they do it will be a crappy and subpar job like the rest of the work. These techs break so much stuff on your car and then give you the run around after you have picked it up. Poorly run shop it lacks in serious professionalism. If you want quality work go to the dealership do NOT trust OAK STREET with your vehicle if you value it! He even lets the techs take your car home over night without mentioning anything. I checked my odometer and well over 35 miles had been put on it while at the shop. BEWARE!!!! Choose another location

  Shop was way behind schedule. Took more than a month to replace the windshield and hood of my vehicle, which was much longer than estimated. Communication grew less and less as the estimated time grew longer and longer. Asked for supplemental insurance to be approved, then never used it through my insurance company (which delayed the process). Meanwhile, I'm without a car. Will not be back or recommend.
