Richard is kind and helpful. He spotted an issue with one of my belts. Got it replaced and out of the door at a reasonable price.
Went here for a "10 min oil change" turned into a 3-day nightmare.
I don't write reviews, nor would I have written a review if I had received a refund. But the manager, Trey, has left a sour taste in my mouth with Express Oil Change, the way that he has handled this situation.
Two weeks ago, I went there to get my oil changed. I do not live in Georgia; I live in North Carolina. I was set to go back to NC the next day. 3 hours into my drive im hearing this scratching noise coming from the bottom of my car. It was the skid plate that had not been clipped back in properly after my oil change. I had to pull over multiple times to try to pop it back in, but it kept falling out. I was also not near an Express Oil Change for them to fix it at that point. I called the store I got my oil change from (this one), and Trey said he cannot change the skid plate unless I have an express oil change look at it. He also blamed the reason for my plate falling down is because hondas clips "suck". ok. Your employees should know that.. I bet they work on at least 1 Honda a day. The guy doing my oil change just didnt care that day. Trey knew my destination, and he knew I would not get to my destination before they closed. I ended up going to an Express Oil Change on the way; they had to put a hole in my skid plate and zip tie it back up so I could get to my destination. (at this point, I have taken 2 hours out of my trip to try to fix what they should have gotten right in the first place). Long story short I feel like I had to scratch and claw for them to just replace my skid plate. Trey did not make it easy, and he did not take the initiative at all to get my issue resolved. I had to call multiple times and explain to many people my situation before I got my skid plate replaced.
I have asked for a refund because of how much time I have spent resolving an issue that should never had happend. Trey has basically declined us on any compensation. TWO weeks ago, he said he had to reach out to the general manager to give me a refund; he said that would take a week to ask him. That was two weeks ago.
Fast , efficient, and friendly!! I was out in less than an hour!! Came in for a tire mount and balance! Great prices and friendly guys. They didn’t try to pressure me for services i didn’t need like how other shops would. Thank you to Dakari, John, and Matt! Y’all are great!! Will definitely return !!

These guys are very helpful, professional, and down right just awesome! I delt with Trey and this is now the only place I will bring my car for an oil change.
