  I am a regular customer here and always get great service. Was greeted immediately and politely guided through each step of the oil change. Dakari who was assigned to my car, took his time and topped off all my fluids and kindly showed me some other cautionary things I should be aware of to keep my car running smoothly. No aggressive up-selling.

  Always have a great experience at this location. Multiple times they have gone above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. Never have to worry about them pushing to do more than what is needed. Just went in for a slow tire leak and Trey took care of it in 3 minutes, ended up being a bent valve core and I was out of there with no charge and minimal time. You don’t get service like that anywhere anymore. I take my car here for everything and trust them. It’s a relief to have that resource these days. Not just an oil change shop, I’d go here for any mechanical issues. They changed my cabin air filter recently for me too which with my make and model is pretty invasive and it was the same kind of experience. Minimal time and expense. Honest and respectful staff all the way around.

  I recieved 5 star service from Trey at Express! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite ! Trey also treated me in a professional manner; my experience with this company was nothing less than stellar l; highly recommend this company for all your cars needs . Highly recommend Trey also, I believe he is a TRUE asset to the company who employs him or wherever he chooses to work! Please give him a raise if you haven’t already; he one of very few who I think deserves one!

  As a woman, I quite literally hate coming to these kind of places and dealing with anything re my car. BUT I’m telling you these guys are so sweet. Trey helped me fix my AC today within 1.5 hours. Kept me updated with ETA and cost. Great communication, very helpful. Overall, my second time here and I’ll keep coming back for all my car needs.

  I have a 2019 toyota corolla and came here yesterday to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was met with friendly and quick customer service by the manager craig who was the only employee I spoke to that day. After driving home however I noticed that I was missing a hubcap which is no big deal and thought I could go in the next day to get it replaced especially after getting $170 worth of service. I saw craig the next day but was treated completely different. All of the other employees were very nice and understanding. Craig however told me twice that my car was super old and that the hub caps were cracked and bound to fall off anyway. He never mentioned that they were cracked the day of my service. He also never offered a credit or partial refund. He only said these things happen and that it was not their fault. He said they don’t even make my hubcaps anymore which is incorrect, because I ended up buying one from amazon out of my own pocket. Before that he said maybe he could take them all off and I would drive around with no hubcaps which I thought was crazy and said no. So he then said maybe he could get me one that was similar which I agreed to and he rolled his eyes to. At this point I had been waiting an hour and he came up to me with another customer behind him and told me to sit down, to which I asked how much longer would it be. I was trying to be as nice as possible at this point because I was so confused. He said “do you want the hubcaps or not” and I told him I was fine standing and would wait. Without showing me what they looked like before or asking, Craig replaced all FOUR of my hubcaps and threw my old ones in the trash. While he said “Done!” And was walking away I told him I would like to see my car before leaving. To my surprise I saw four very shiny cheap plastic hub caps on my car. I’m a 28 year old woman and have never been treated this way. I am in no way a car mechanic but would have understood if he would have apologized or been understanding at least. I never had any attitude but told craig after he dug my old hubcaps out of the trash that I never want him touching my car again. This isn’t anything against express oil change but maybe be weary of this manager. Laughing at a customers face and smiling sarcastically when they need help is not the service I want or need.
