  I’ve rented several cars from Enterprise Rental-A-Car, and every experience has been absolutely amazing. The customer service is consistently professional, friendly, and efficient. The staff always goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. The vehicles were clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. I truly appreciate how easy the pickup and return process is - it makes a big difference when you’re busy. I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for reliable service and quality vehicles.   Rude, Arrogant, and Completely Unprofessional Staff. This location is an absolute joke, and the staff is the main reason. I’ve never dealt with someone so rude, arrogant, and openly disrespectful in a customer-facing role. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. The receptionist had a terrible attitude, spoke in a condescending tone, rolled their eyes, and acted like answering basic questions was some huge burden. No professionalism and no courtesy.On top of the awful behavior, my reservation meant nothing. Instead of offering solutions, the receptionist dismissed my concerns and basically implied “take it or leave it.” No apology, no effort, just arrogance and indifference. I don’t care how busy you are — there is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. This person should not be working in customer service, period.This was a humiliating, frustrating experience and a complete waste of my time. I will never rent from this Enterprise again, and I strongly warn others: avoid this location unless you enjoy being disrespected.
