    I think it’s crazy that I’ve been renting from enterprise since I was like 23 and I’m 38 and I still have to give multiple utilities bills, mind you I’ve only had to show documents once before. I moved and my moving situation was already mixed and messed up and it’s like a week old move so nothing but my lease is current. Enterprise has no loyalty or sympathy for loyal long time customers

    They know how to take a reservation. But they don't know how to actually fulfill the reservation. Stranded my family on vacation and they clearly do not care and will waste all your time sending you all over the place when they have no intention of actually helping you.
