- BBBriDec 29, 20251.0This has been one of the most stressful and incompetent car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I traded in my vehicle after the transmission went out; they provided a trade-in price days before I arrived, and I later came straight from work and stayed until closing to complete the purchase. A full month later, they finally completed my registration and did so as a plate transfer without my knowledge or consent. They even called to confirm my address after registering the car to my old address, yet never mentioned the plate transfer. While on vacation, I was told my plates would arrive in the mail, but instead I returned home to a VOID sticker. The DMV confirmed my old plates are still active because of the transfer. After three unanswered attempts to contact them, I went in person and was told my trade-in had already been auctioned off and they “don’t know where the plates are.” My plates are active, the car is gone, and no one knows who has them, putting me at serious legal risk. My temp tag is about to expire, and I was told not to file a police report for lost plates yet the DMV said I had to. A police report has now been filed. Do not recommend this location.
