  Betty took care of what I needed with the best attitude and a smile on her face (while working under the pouring rain). Really great service. The 2nd time i came in for my parts, Chris helped me install the part with the same professionalism and kindness. These guys are keepers.

  10/10 customer service. I had a car emergency literally right before closing, but E & Josh were so patient and welcoming. They got me in and out quickly without me feeling rushed. I appreciate them greatly!

  Chris the Store Manager was amazing!! This was my first time visiting Auto Zone in Roswell, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The store manager truly went above and beyond to help me. The product I initially came in for wasn’t available, but instead of just leaving it at that, he took the time to walk me through better-quality options and explained why upgrading would actually serve me better long term. I never felt pressured — just informed and supported. In addition, he asked if I wanted another cabin filter which I also decided to add on. His knowledge, honesty, and willingness to make sure I left with something better than what I originally planned to purchase really stood out. It’s rare to receive that level of customer care, especially on a first visit. Because of him, I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others. Thank you for such outstanding service!

  I was having trouble getting my key fob back together after changing the battery and Eamon was able to help me get it back together! He was friendly and didn’t make me feel stupid or like an inconvenience at all. I truly appreciated the help.

  I had a frustrating experience with this location. I placed an online order and received a notification that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was told that my order had already been given to someone else. I'm not sure how that happened, but it's really concerning that a confirmed, paid order could be handed to the wrong person. It wasted my time and caused unnecessary inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but there should be better verification procedures in place to prevent this. I hope this is taken seriously, so it doesn't happen to other customers.
