  I found myself in Roswell with 30 minutes to kill on a Friday morning and thought let me get my car washed. There was a lady there who WOULD NOT let me pick my wash and scan my card. She was hard selling the monthly subscription. I refused. She then handed me a clipboard with papers to sign and I refused. I said 'I don't live around here and honestly will never use this wash'. She tried to tell me they're nationwide blah blah blah but like we almost got into it. Ultimately I paid for my wash and went on my way. Fast forward 30 days THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR A MONTHLY WASH. So that lady was a complete scam artist and thief. I had to call my bank, get the charge reversed, and had to get my card cancelled and replaced DUE TO FRAUD. People BEWARE. This place is a rip off If I could give ZERO STARS I would.

  I was at this car wash and Mya assisted me with the payment and she was very nice i even got a free car wash . Which is very convenient for us . They are the best in town ever.

  ZERO STARS…Do NOT recommend a take 5 car wash. Stopped here (from out of state) for a SINGLE car wash. I have been charged $17 a month since and the customer service is awful. I can’t stop the payments because I need a membership number-which I don’t have because I don’t have a membership. I requested a refund from the money that was taken out of my account. But there doesn’t seem to be any customer service rep that can do anything other than create a ticket. I am going to have to cancel my credit card because take 5 won’t stop taking my money. I have called customer service over 6 times and they put a ticket in and say someone will contact me and no one ever does. This place is a scam.

  Super fast, it takes less than 10 minutes to go through the machine and it does a great job, unlike some other machines I’ve seen in the past you can then do some detailing yourself, they offer the products you need to clean your car from the inside and you have vacuums to get rid of dust and stuff like that. The one thing I didn’t like was that they don’t really clean or dry the microfiber that other people use to detail their cars, they just fold them all wet and put them there for you to use. That is nasty enough that I deduced one star.

  The car wash itself is in great condition. However I had to dock it a couple stars due to a customer service issue. I have a membership and when I tried to go through the gate it didn't recognize my info. I normally go to the one on South Cobb and that's where I purchased my membership from. It's advertised that it would work at any take 5 which is true but they have to put it in their system manually. There was only one woman close by and she was assisting with washing the cars before you enter the drive thru. We tried to get her attention and were ignored backed up and went to the other line to see if it would work still didn't. We did this approximately 3-4 times switching lines and waiting. By then we said forget it so we backed out the line to leave. At this time and this time only the lady waved us down and asked if we needed assistance. Told her our membership ID wasn't recognized in their system it took her 5 seconds to fix it. She went into the office and had someone key something in. I was highly irritated because a 5 second fix was over a 10-15 minute problem not mentioning the inconvenience of us holding up the lines because you failed to acknowledge your customers. Poor service at this location. The company needs to have a better system of transferring the membership ID to multiple systems so that this issue won't occur again.
