  SCAM???? BE CAREFUL!!!! You may be enrolled to a membership WITHOUT your approval or consent. They did it to us, at this location in Roswell. Now trying to cancel it, which is a big ordeal. I just looked at the BBB website, and they are not BBB accredited, and have an "F" Rating. We will report them at the BBB as well. So sad. No business ethics?

  Experienced the same issue as other customers below have mentioned. Used my corporate credit card to get my company car washed. My card is now being charged $24 per month, which has been reported as fraud. I told them when I pulled up to the gate I wanted a one time wash because it was a company car. Why are they driving customers away by doing this? Check your credit card statements everybody!

  When this car wash opened and we bought a membership, I was told by the manager who was selling them that our second car would always be free. Specifically, they told me I had unlimited washes for unlimited cars. So ever since then I’ve been taking my second vehicle and I explained that to them every time I go there and they allow us to use it. Today they’ve decided to change their mind and “change the policy“ and they won’t allow the second vehicle for free anymore. So basically they lied to us when we bought the membership because I know they never changed their policy. In fact, the lady that was working there told me that the ownership of the car wash changed “around two months ago“. I don’t believe that either
