We continue to use our membership here for our 3 cars only because of the convenience of location to our house. The car wash is in need of upper management to be on property more frequently to make sure all of what the customer is paying for is working and in order. We also have had several bad experiences of things getting damaged in the tunnel and they have a sign out front with a long list of all the things they are not responsible for if broken.
We have been using this car wash since they first opened. Here are the good things:
Location, a few friendly and helpful employees, good hours, free detailing supplies on site, reasonable membership prices-especially a family bundle.
The not so good things:
Very often the gate machines/readers are broken and this creates a long backup to get in the line. The tunnel/car wash is closed too often for repair/maintenance. The Take 5 Computer System that registers your car tag is so complicated if you ever have to change your vehicle or tag. Most of the time it cannot get solved without upper level intervention. Often, I go thru the tunnel and some part of it isn't working and/or I don't receive the Pro 5 Wash that we pay for on our family account (tire shine, etc.). I have had to replace 2 wipers that have been ripped off or torn and most recently one roof rail was completely ripped off and found in the tunnel. The employees said they had never seen that happen before.
About 1/3 of the vacuums and air blowers are out of order at all times meaning you pull into a parking space to start detailing and have to keep moving to find things that work.
The spaces for the detailing area are always dirty and covered in trash. This should be something that is cleaned throughout the day so that customers are not walking over wet, dirty areas to vacuum and clean their cars.
Lastly, if you ever have to talk or speak to someone on the customer service number, good luck. No one will call you back and if they do, nothing gets resolved and the operators are rude and unknowledgeable.

This is my go-to car wash in Roswell. They give me the best wash every time and the service is unbeatable at such a reasonable price. Susan is the best and makes sure every customer is taken care of!!
Upon arriving, Susan was there to greet us at the paying machines. She greeted us with a smile and offered to help us with the different services. She was so great, kind, and not pushy at all about the different services that they offered. The car wash itself was great and cleaned to the car well enough. The vacuuming station was well maintained, and the vacuums worked great.
I drove 25 minutes to come wash my car here, and there was no notice at the entrance saying you were out of cleaning bottles. Instead, I only saw a sign after I got out of my car saying they weren’t available.
You should inform customers before they enter so they know what to expect. Now the inside of my car is still dirty because there were no cleaning supplies.
You should be more careful with this and make sure there’s staff monitoring and restocking the products.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Susan at Take 5 absolutely deserves one! From the second I pulled in, she was welcoming, upbeat, and incredibly professional. Her energy alone made the whole experience better.
Susan explained everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. She was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied. That level of customer service is rare these days!
It’s people like Susan who turn a regular car wash visit into a standout experience. Take 5 is lucky to have her — Susan is a true asset to the team.
I’ll definitely be back because of Susan! 🙌✨
