  Bad service my friend and his mother got a bad car, and that guy Alex didn't help them and was very rough with them... Is a shame for Budget... Get better training in customer service and bring solutions to customers

  Alex took care of me if you want to call it that. Worst customer service I've experienced in some time. He only had 1 car, a Kia I believe. $80 a day. Seemed very unhappy that I even walked in the door. Maybe I interrupted his lunch? I ended up going to Avis down the road and rented from them. Much better experience. Don't waste your time here. Alex is disappointed that he gets customers. I went elsewhere just because of his lack of customer service.

  The young woman who runs this location is by far one of the best rental car location managers I've ever encountered.

  24h truck rental - deserves 0 stars. Ants in truck and cabin. Upon departure was told there was a ramp under the lift gate, no ramp. Turn it in next morning at time check out agent told to and there's a truck blocking the entrance with my 24ft halfway still in street blocking a lane. Useless lazy employee takes his sweet time walking to move the truck to let me in. Manager apologizes for nothing and says I put several hundred miles on the truck when I put 54. Wants to charge me almost double of what I agreed to when booking. Argues with me while I tell her I have photos proving check out mileage. She goes back out and says she had a dyslexic moment. Never apologized for all this ridiculousness. This place is ran horribly and the employees are not helpful. No wonder it has mostly 1 star reviews.

  Tried to rent a truck to help someone move. Reserved the truck online from 5-9 pm. Got to the location and Alex refused to let me return the truck after hours despite the online reservation. He stated he blocks the lot after hours. I asked to park it nearby and drop the keys off in the lock box by the door. He stated he doesn't use the lock box because people will break into it and steal keys. He was unwilling to work with me and told me we can't do business. Will never rent from Budget again. Don't waste your time.
