  I’ve never felt more compelled to warn others about a business than I do after my experience at this AutoZone location. What should have been a simple, routine visit turned into an exercise in frustration, indifference, and outright poor customer service. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer care is not a priority here. Employees were either disengaged, dismissive, or seemingly uninterested in helping at all. Basic questions were met with vague answers, attitude, or a complete lack of knowledge about the products they’re supposed to support. It felt less like a retail store and more like an inconvenience to the staff that customers even exist. What’s most concerning is that this isn’t just about one bad interaction—it reflects a deeper issue with management and accountability. When employees feel comfortable ignoring customers or providing subpar service, it’s usually because leadership has set the bar painfully low… or simply isn’t paying attention. AutoZone markets itself as a place customers can rely on for expertise and support. Based on this experience, that promise is completely hollow. If corporate leadership actually values its reputation, they need to take a hard look at what’s happening in stores like this—because right now, it’s driving customers away. Until there are serious improvements in professionalism, training, and basic courtesy, I won’t be returning—and I strongly encourage others to consider alternatives.

  Betty took care of what I needed with the best attitude and a smile on her face (while working under the pouring rain). Really great service. The 2nd time i came in for my parts, Chris helped me install the part with the same professionalism and kindness. These guys are keepers.

  10/10 customer service. I had a car emergency literally right before closing, but E & Josh were so patient and welcoming. They got me in and out quickly without me feeling rushed. I appreciate them greatly!
