- FCFrieda C.4 days ago1.0I purchased a used car through Sam's/Truecar at this dealership. I drove 1.5 hours to do so. Justen promised they would take good care of me. I also paid $899 for additional warranty that was added before I saw the car. The car was supposed to have been checked carefully, but I noticed 2 rips in the rear windshield tint and a gash in the rubber around that window before I signed any paperwork. They gave me an IOU to complete the work. Justen said drive the car home and he would schedule the tint guy to fix the window. He called 1 time and I had a conflict in schedule, but he'd call back. No call back. I have called 4-5 times, no call back ever. Almost 2 months and the car has not been fixed. Not sure if it is because I am a woman or older or both, but their customer service is horrible.
- HHHunter4 days ago1.0Communication is key and all this dealership has is the lock. Also this is a Honda dealership, not BMW or Mercedes-Benz as some of these people like to act. Also the guy who always wears the suit, you smell like roses my man. Communication is key though, for sure.

My AC went out local dealership would not get me a longer it is 90 degree to hot to be without AC made one phone call and they had me a longer that afternoon and my car fixed in a couple days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy there customer service is spot on.
