I came in for a simple tire patch, and while the actual work seems to have been done correctly, the communication was disappointing. No one explained what they were doing or what the charges would be, they just took my keys and went straight to work. When I got the receipt, there were several additional services listed that I wasn’t told about ahead of time. I understand that balancing and TPMS service may be standard charges for them (ridiculous pricing), but it would have made a big difference to have someone explain the process and the cost before doing the work. Clear communication goes a long way, and I hope the staff can improve on that for future customers.
