  They have have fixed several of my vehicles. They always do an excellent job and very good at keeping you informed as they work.

  Once I brought workmanship issues to their attention the service went downhill-FAST. There were issues with debris trapped beneath the paint, panel gap misalignment, color matching, not replacing part (hood insulator) that was still creased from the accident, poor quality replacement option for lamp, etc. I had to return my car twice. These were simple items to fix. I would be given a timeline for completion. Those times would come and go, and I'd have to constantly follow up. Things that should have taken no longer than a week and a half to resolve took 22 days! Their painter had trouble matching the color and I was told that they had to bring in a different one from another location. I was so frustrated with them. Their GM was not proactive and instead of them doing their own quality checks - I brought obvious quality issues to their attention. When they FINALLY had my car ready the GM didn't offer an apology, didn't bother to go over what the shop did to correct the issues, or anything. Just brought my car around, handed me my keys, waited to see if I'd havec anything to sau, then turned and left. I happen to have industry knowledge and experience to know such things, but woe to the person who did not. As long as they were awaiting the insurance payment they were on top of things. Once that payment was made I was on my own once I brought up the workmanship issues. RUN - DON'T WALK to a different collision center!
