As far as part fitment it's always oem quality. I highly recommend the zone!

I gave two stars because the lady there was friendly but I didn't feel she knew much about cars. Or maybe she didn't want to help me i don't know. She did come out to check my battery and said it was bad but because half my battery set under the hood of the car she said I would have to take the whole windshield off to get the battery out. She told me that they could not help me with my battery. Then she suggested me take it to a mechanic with bad reviews. I ended up taking it to a true professional mechanic and number one, the battery area has a bracket that holds the battery in place, you take it off and slide the battery out. I'm 60 years old and could have done that. I wouldn't have been able to lift the battery though. You don't have to take the car apart to get the battery out. Two, the battery was fine. Had she slide the battery out and put the battery check on the whole battery it would have read good. My battery was good. My car had sensor issues. It's ok to Google things but before losing a sale of a battery maybe Google how to take a battery out of a specific car before deciding to tell a customer they have to take their car apart to get the battery out.
