  I took my car to them due to it making a whirring sound. Brent was so kind and helpful. He test drove it and then came back and explained to me what was wrong. One problem being that it had absolutely no power steering fluid. he filled it up and then checked it again so that he could tell me where the leak was. so thankful for him, didn’t charge me a dime. just asked that I leave a review and as a single mom to 3 little kids, that meant the world to me and took a little weight off of my shoulders. so thankful you to him!! Highly recommend him/them for whatever you need.

  Wesley was great and very thorough when I brought my car in for two front tires. He made sure he could do everything possible to make my new tires last longer than my old ones and at a fair price to boot. He is very knowledgeable. I have come to this Rockmart location since I bought my Mercedes and I will keep coming back.

  I’ve been to this mavis tire Rockmart ga 3 times this year 2026, generally I’ve had good experiences with them. The 3rd time I went in to have my free tire rotation performed and when I got home I looked and noticed all 4 of my rims had scratches on them from the impact wrench and many chewed up lug nuts. I’ve done my own tire rotations for the past 18 years and I’ve never scratched a rim let alone all 4 multiple times… 2018 Chevy Silverado. 4/4/26

  Found a knot in my tire on my NEW car w/11k miles! Drove to Mavis to get advice. It was 10 mins before closing & Wesley didn’t hesitate. Advised him I had to drive 4hrs in the morning & he suggested I definitely get it replaced. He told me since it’s new it’s possibly covered under warranty, if not he’d be happy to make my car safe again. I called the dealer who said it’s not covered which blew me away, so back to Mavis I went. Wesley & his team had me on the road again in under an hour this morning. I asked a good bit of questions & Wesley answered them all without making me feel like a dummy, nor made me feel rushed. Super friendly group as well as courteous & professional which is greatly appreciated!! Thanks Guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Brett is very professional and understanding about the needs of the customer, and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that he does what it takes for both the company and the customer to be happy. I would say his customer service skills are excellent and that he deserves to be recognized in that area. I appreciate the attention to detail and compassion in my situation and him helping me to come up with a quick and fair solution. I got a great price on tires, and since he handled this so well, I plan on taking care of a few other service needs with this store when I get my tires replaced. I talked to someone else at first who was also very helpful in getting me to the right person to help with the issue who also seemed knowledgeable and as helpful as they could be. Thanks to them I feel safe on the road. Highly recommend them for any vehicle maintenance and tires. Thanks guys for your help.
