The Rockmart Mavis Tires & Brakes location operates with a shocking lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic human decency. The representative Nicholas was especially rude, dismissive, and condescending. Instead of listening or trying to resolve anything, he spoke over me, acted inconvenienced by my questions, and treated me like my business didn’t matter at all. His attitude alone was enough to make this experience completely unbearable. The overall environment felt careless and unorganized, and the level of disrespect I was met with was honestly disgusting. When you trust a business with your vehicle and your safety you expect at least a baseline level of courtesy and professionalism. This location failed miserably on all fronts. I will never return to this Mavis location, and I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere unless they’re okay with being treated poorly and spoken to with zero respect. There are plenty of tire and brake shops that actually value their customers this is not one of them.

They checked my brakes and said it was probably a pebble or rock that got under pad and kicked out before getting it checked and brakes were fine. I really appreciate them being honest and not selling me something I did not need. The staff is very friendly and great customer service.

The gentleman came right out to help. He was extremely courteous and helpful. Tightened my valve stems and gave some advice. Tires haven't leaked since. We couldn't be more happy or appreciative! Thank you.
