  Chris was very helpful, friendly, and willing to help resolve the problem I encountered with my vehicle. I always go to the Rockmart Mavis location because they provide excellent service!!

  Chris went above and beyond for me this morning. The staff is always so polite, helpful, and on top of things. I’ll 100% be returning the next time I need tires!

  Went by a few days ago because my car needed some power steering fluid && the guy I spoke with (I think his name is Brent) was super kind and very helpful! I will be going back! It’s hard to find good customer service around here but he went above and beyond to help me!

  The staff at this Mavis Tires went above and beyond my old town branch ever did! I recently moved from NY to here and have had issues with one of my tires continuously losing air. The mechanic was very diligent, and not only found the air leak source but he fixed it - instead of pushing a replacement on me. Today, I went back with concerns of a possible nail in another tire.... Not one, but THREE nails the mechanic found! Thank you all for making me feel truly safe! I HIGHLY recommend this Mavis branch especially of the entire staff's PMA!!

  I had to go back to Mavis because they stripped the oil pan bolt!! I went to Mavis for an oil change after they opened up their new location in Rockmart. They charged 110 dollars, which I feel was very high considering they are competing with shops that have been in Rockmart for years. No big deal. You're paying for quality and speed, right?! Anyway, I wanted to save money this time around and do my oil change myself. With everything, the price came to 37 dollars. It should run me about 15 minutes to do it, so big save right!! I get under my vehicle and realize the bolt is so stripped I won't be able to take it off. Upset, I clean everything up and make plans to head to Mavis in the morning. I get to Mavis at 8:20, go in, explain the situation, and at first, surprisingly, he was pretty cool about it. I said I just need a new bolt so I can change my oil. This is when the atmosphere started to change, it went from sure no problem we messed up and we will make it right to, I cant say for sure we did it and I cant replace the bolt because the oil will leak out. But what I can do is replace the bolt and do the oil change for 16 dollars. At this point, I just want my oil to be changed and need to get to work. At 9:48, my van was still on a lift, I am steaming at this point, I go in and ask the guy how much longer? He saidwell we had to order a plug at Advance, and that was 25 minutes ago. So, with all the tools and lifts at the shop, an oil change should have taken 15 minutes at the most. I am still at Mavis right now it is 10:13 am. Not only did they wreck my work schedule, but I am out more money. Next time, instead of going to a fancy place for speed, I will stick to my good ole boys shops. They may take longer, but they take care of you. We will see how long these high-priced shops last in a good, faithful little town like Rockmart, up against these 30+ veteran shops that treat you like family. PS while I was waiting 2 and a half hours for an oil change, 2 different customers came in with serious complaints on work they just had done. If you're charging 178 dollars a hour for labor, you shouldn't be stripping bolts, tearing up struts, and messing with peoples computer system.
