  I took my first visit to the Rockmart Jiffy Lube location today. It was one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had so far. Not only is the staff professional and knowledgeable, but they were fun to chat with while I waited! I’ll definitely be back.

  This jiffy lube did a fantastic job, I got there by 5:30 as they close at 6 and they were all in very good spirts and seemed more than happy to do my truck, they did it very quickly and made sure my truck was top shape, I left within 30 min with my oil changed, blinker fixed and a new engine filter, they did a fantastic job and fantastic team work

  As you can see the filter they used was severely too small and inadequate to filter anything. It was also installed way too tight and so was the drain plug. As someone who has always changed my own oil, I am severely disappointed with the service as it is not up to par with my own. The only reason I went was for the half off/opening. For anyone reading this either the database that is used is inaccurate and/or the employees are too incompetent to see the filter they took off was much bigger than the one they installed because I always use the same motorcraft filter (FLA-1A). It does not matter at all about the demeanor the service managers carry. What matters is the quality of work and this quality is sub-par at worst and gross negligence at best. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and trusted they did perfect service and did not check to see how they did right after it was done but clearly that was a mistake. Instead I am greeted with this disaster when I go to change the oil myself. Do better
