  Yesterday day was not a good morning I went to the new O Reilly's in rockmart because my battery was dying on me so I stop there to buy a battery there was a Young lady and she really acted like she dint want to help me and my wife out I tould can someone help me take off the battery so I can buy one here she tould me 3 excuses like in 2 minutes 1st one was that she said she couldn't leave the store because she was by herself but I seen another guy in the back the 2nd excuses was that nobody wasn't going to be there till 2pm & 3rd excuses was she said they dint have a tool kit to take off battery I even tould her that if they let me Barrow it I could take it off whear I could by a new battery but no help so I said ok thanks wow so I called AutoZone in Rockmart on the other side of hwy and lady name was Jessica she said yes we can help you so they sent a guy his name was scotty and not even 5 min jump my battery and went to autozone parking lot to get fix up with a new battery and lari help us get the kind of battery and Jessica came out to help put it on simple as that not even 30 minutes and they was done helping me and my wife so I wanted to blessed them like they blessed me so I went to chick-fil-A and got them some gift cards for being so helpful they dint half to go out there way to help us but to me to do something like that is big enough for me to have people that don't mind to help others when they really need it I just wanted to thank scotty & Jessica & lari for helping us out and AutoZone in rockmart ga keep hiring great people that have big harts ❤️ and enjoy to help people out no matter what color we are we are all God's children 💙 thanks AutoZone. 5 stars 🌟 in my book. 😊

  I went several years ago and they ran some in front of me got a attitude and told me I would have to wait. I through the stuff on the counter and walked out. I have been there maybe 3 times since. I go in today and asked a girl in the back where her small engine stuff was . She said the corner. I walk where she pointed and there are oil filter. I go back she ask what I need 1/4 fuel line, fuel shutoff and fuel filter for a generator. Filter is on the end cap and you have to get line at counter. I get fuel filter and go to counter. I explained to that girl apparently y'all don't have a small engine section like every other parts store and I was told to come here to get fuel line. She said that isn't right. Hollered at first girl in the back and she said I wasn't listening and walked away from her although I went to her twice. I hollered back at her and told her I did exactly what you told me. She hollered back and told me I kept walking and didn't listen. I throwed the stuff on the counter and told the girl behind it I don't have to be treated this way. I have over 40 years as a mechanic. I currently have 20+ years as a fleet mechanic for the largest power company in the state. I am more than qualified to get my parts off the shelf and know what I want when I go in a store. The car quest and advanced across the highway have never gave the the attitude and problems this store has. These glorified shelf stockers certainly don't have the knowledge or experience I do making repairs. They don't have to be nice. But they certainly don't need to tell lies and be so unprofessional and leave the attitude at the door.

  DIY manager Brett was very rude. Hiding behind computer screen, playing on phone and constantly hitting vape. While red shirt on duty helped me tremendously
