  I just want to say Tavon M has been nothing short of extraordinary. He has been very through, friendly, and extremely professional. Tavon explained everything in detail on top of never once making me feel confused. He, honestly, deserves 15 stars but 5 will have to do. I will definitely reccomend this location to friends and family.

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! From the moment I walked in, James provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely kind, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The service was quick and efficient, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate everything I needed. I truly appreciated that James took the time to check for any available discounts or deals to help me save money. That level of customer care really stood out. The mechanic even came out from the back to speak with me directly, which I found very respectful and reassuring. Although I did not catch his name, he was just as friendly and professional. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming, communication was clear, and the entire staff made this a very positive experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and customer-focused service. Thank you to James and the whole team for such great service!

  Tavon was in training today and he still was very knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, and most of all trustworthy. I didn’t feel like I was getting scammed. He asked questions to James (the manager) who also was professional and knowledgeable when he didn’t know things and still got it done QUICKLY . They really helped turn what could’ve been a nightmare situation into a blessing for my sister and I.

  I came 2 days before to ask some questions and to find out how far in advance I would need to set an appointment to ensure the tires needed would be available and the service could be done. Ms. Ramona B passed me her card and told me whatever time was good for me to come on back and she would take care of me. I came back 2 days later on my lunch break and recieved great customer service. Ramona entered my ticket and walked it back. Felt like I received priority service but while sitting there waiting for my truck listening Ms Ramona and a colleague of hers James interactions with other customers whether on the phone or in person that PRIORITY SERVICE was for all the customers they encountered. I'm always skeptical to get work done in Riverdale but I'm glad I gave this place a try. Thanks Ms. Ramona!!

  I hold this location and management responsible and accountable and I demand to be compensated for these actions of unprofessionalism disrespect total humiliation disregard for a customer and absolutely calling a customer a liar !!!failing to check my vehicle for safety disregarding my health and safety costing me to miss two days of work causing me to miss my doctor's appointment and a list of other inconveniences..if no action or account is takin for this unprofessional and disrespectful under trained management team and associates I will seek further action.. and yes I am passionate about this Total disrespect and disregard unprofessional disrespectful and disregard for a paying customer and again refusing to accommodate a paying customer disregard for my safety this is being without regards to any inconvenience this has caused me it seems to be that the interest is focused on a lack of training and ...to heck with the customer satisfaction...I want to reimburse for my lost of time and inconvenience job improperly done and I was charged full price.$419 I want to have my ball joint installed at no price to me because they should have been done from the beginning .
