Never ever patronize this Riverdale Georgia location!! I purchased four new tires from them in January 2025 scheduled it with them over the phone when I got there the following day they said that person no longer worked there. I'm like but he gave me a price on yesterday. They took about three & a half hours, paid & left. Went back in May to have my tires rotated & balances, also asked for my windshield wipers to be changed & told them they promised me to be in & out in an hour. Guy came back in about an hour & a half saying the would change the front wipers but I would have to take it back to the dealership for the back wipers (never heard of such) there was a female customer that said, "it's true" I had to do the same thing, Im like ok. I said ok how much longer? He said maybe thirty minutes, I'm like y'all already over the hour or so. Long story short, they took so long to replace my wipers, I went and asked for my keys to leave...out comes the Manager James never got a last name saying they had to go pick up the wipers because the parts people were short staffed. It took so long I informed them that I wouldn't be back. The following morning my auntie was having a procedure done, I took her, it was raining & dark. Leaving the surgery center I noticed a huge crack in my windshield started on the passenger side. I had a graduation that evening but returned to the store the following day after calling and being told they had to roll the cameras back. I showed them the crack which was nearly halfway across the windshield. I pulled up the wipers and showed them it started under the passenger side, they couldn't deny it then, James said ohh we gonna make you whole...it never happened! They kept telling me lies, I got my receipts from Safelite and gave it to James. I called corporate and left all my information, finally received a call from Marcus King (regional manager) for Mavis, I told him what happened & when around the second week in June, told him I had submitted my receipt to James (shop manager) he was gonna get back with me. I spoke back with James early August, he had the audacity to tell me that he made me an appointment with Safelite. How did you do that when I brought you the receipt from my repair?? Who schedules appointments without the customer being notified to see if the time & day works for them? I was randomly getting a call asking for my mailing address for them to mail me my.coins. I called & left my information with a female employee once again in late September. Early October I receive a random call from Marcus King (regional manager) asking for the same receipt I had already given James. When I spoke with Marcus King that last time in October, he acted like we never had conversations about anything prior to that last conversation. I will never patronize that location ever again but since I purchased those four new tires I will have to go to another location for my rotation and balance. $632 and change. They screwed me over big time, still waiting for my coins which I resolved that I won't get it. This happened back in May 2025 and I haven't heard anything from them. Corporate ain't hitting on crap either, they claim they can only pass information to Marcus King. I've been out of work since February 2025 I'm gonna sit back and watch Karma & my Daddy do their thing. Low down & dirty!!!! I will continue to call their names out during my prayer time. I sent these photos to regoional manager Marcus King too

If you’re a woman, this isn’t one of those shops where you should go alone without a man who has some knowledge about cars. They will try to have you spend more money than necessary. I was told my car was clicking when making turns however I know my car does not do that..they wanted me to buy new cv axels. Their system happened to go down after they looked at my car but after the mechanic gave his recommendation and before I could get a price breakdown, my gut was telling me not to spend my money here and to go somewhere else. I did thankfully and got a more realistic, accurate diagnostic of what I needed for my car without feeling pressured to get everything fixed at once.

The customer service is good. They are affordable and worked with me. However, I brought my car in for an alignment. I was told I needed 2 tires before the alignment could be completed. I replaced the 2 tires and came back. They checked the car again. I was told I needed 4 new tires and still did the alignment. My car still drove the same as if it had never been touched 😢 The only issue they said I had was the tires. My car was wobbling and the wheel would not stay straight, my car was going to the right which is why I brought it in, in the first place. Every place I went to kept telling me to change my tires and get an alignment. Well I went to a different place and got my car checked. I was told that the tie rods needed to be replaced. I let them do it and my car does not wobble and the wheel is tighter now. Is the tie rods not part of the inspection when you check the car?

I had a flat and popped into Mavis. Isaac at the counter was welcoming and cracking jokes with his coworkers and really livened the place up and kept everyone smiling despite it being busy and some longer than usual wait times. Everyone was beyond friendly and helpful. They even noticed a huge nail jutting out of another tire I hadn’t even noticed so I was able to get two tires replaced at the same time and avoid another flat down the line. Isaac even cut me a really good discount on the second tire. TJ was hustling and was clearly working super hard to get through all the customers as quickly as possible while providing quality work. These guys are awesome, and considering how busy it was I was in and out of there in no time at all! Super down to earth folks at this shop. Would highly recommend going here for your car needs!
