Even though I knew I could have went a lil longer, I decided to get new ones. Even the other employees was on point with customers as they saw my son in my other car, they came out a few times to see if he needed any help. Very much appreciated

- LLLataraDec 16, 20251.0I arrived to this location December 16, 2025 because my car notified me of low air pressure in my back tire. I arrive five minutes early and waited for opening. This guy with long dreads and glasses opens up and walk to my car and I notify him about my tire. He looks at me and say it’ll be $10 for air which I never was charged at this location for air so I’m thinking he’s joking. Then he starts complaining about working in the cold and told me I should go to the tire place up the street for air and walks off to the next customer while giving me 2 thumbs up. I roll my window down and ask him if he was serious and he said yes. So I went up the street to take 5 which is my old oil change provider and they took care of me at no charge. I’m actually very disappointed in jiffy lube and won’t return back as customer although I just made the switch from take 5 to jiffy earlier this year. If this is how your staff treats women it’s disgusting. I typically receive great customer service here but that bozo definitely helped you all lose a customer today. And he didn’t have a name tag. But there were only 2 guys opening this morning and only one had dreads. Hopefully if this company cares they would follow up with this rude employee.
