I experienced what started off as an inconvenience due to no vehicles being available despite having a reservation weeks prior. Although, I was highly upset at first I quickly realized the workers had no control over the circumstance, and they were doing everything in their power to accommodate and assist every client. Rosalyn who is the Branch Mngr. Has a great team. Morgan and Anasha made sure I felt valued as a customer and helped salvage my trip. Thank you.

I returned the car Monday before 9. There was employee standing outside and informed me that they dont open until 9 put the key in the box. Tuesday I called an talked to the manager about my down payment refund. The manager informed me that I was only getting back $180. She told me that I'm beeing charged an extra day because they car supposed to be back Sunday. I informed her that not true. If they change $90 dollars a day then why did I pay for two days. $538 dollars came out my account. The manager for two days haven't called me back. To explain what they did wrong. I want my full refund back. 2nd, the car windshield was so filthy that I had them re-wash the car. When they brought it back the windshield was still filthy. I will never use the Enterprise location again. The manager is trying to cover up for her mistake. 2nd week mo refund of all my money. The manager know she messed up but refuses to correct it. Then they give me some bullshit help line which don't work. I will be contacting the bbb to get results.
