  I had a fantastic experience at the Riverdale Highway 85 location. I needed a last minute rental for a few days while my brakes were being repaired and arrived just minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, the team greeted me with smiles and was incredibly accommodating. The staff members were extremely quick, professional, and knowledgeable about their services. Returning the car was just as swift, with the same high level of friendly service. This branch was amazing and the best service I’ve received from any car rental provider. I highly recommend this branch for their efficiency and top tier customer care!

  I’ll start by saying i absolutely love giving reviews. Unfortunately I didn’t remember many names but Anthony and SUNSHINE 🥰💯 both just some fresh air and who doesn’t love and appreciate that. Everyone at the Enterprise Car Rental location in Riverdale, GA (6709 Highway 85) was truly outstanding from start to finish. Every interaction I had with the staff was positive, professional, and welcoming. I rented a vehicle for approximately 30 days, so I didn’t always speak with the same person each time I called or visited the location, but that actually highlighted how consistent the customer service was across the entire team. No matter who assisted me, I was treated with patience, respect, and genuine care. From the moment I pulled into the lot to pick up my reservation, the process was smooth and well organized. The staff took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly, answered any questions I had without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before leaving with the vehicle. The car itself was clean, well maintained, and reliable throughout the entire rental period, which made a big difference since I depended on it daily.
