Most unprofessional location I’ve ever been to. I stopped to get a battery on Thursday at 6pm. After purchasing the battery I was stood no one could put it in because the sun was going down. No problem. I came back Friday at 9:30 am just to be told rudely by the manager Maxine that it was only female workers and no one could put it in. I had to buy a $100 jump box because no one could put the battery in .I came back on Saturday and walked in to Maxine threatening to send employees home if more than 1 person is outside. It’s a line full of people that needs help outside . She was rude to the customers including myself while she walked around yelling at her employees. Maxine asked an employee who wasn’t familiar with installing batteries to come work on my truck. She said he needed to learn but offered no assistance. A 5 minute process turned into 45 minutes with him still needing help installing the battery .
