  Dante, Clayton is seriously destroying this AutoZone. He is overtly aggressive, yells at customers and threatening to ban customers from coming to buy auto parts items from the store on Tuesday 4/21/2026. I have never imagine in my over twenty years of dealing with AutoZone for a store employee threatening to ban customers from patronizing the store. This Autozone has been one of the best when Tiffany was running this commercial section but bringing in Dante Clayton is one the worst mistake the store owner will do.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone location. When I visited, I was in need of assistance and approached an employee named Emily Thomas. Unfortunately, the level of customer service I received was far below expectations. Emily appeared disengaged and was focused on her phone while I was attempting to ask for help. When she did respond, her tone came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which made the interaction uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect at least a basic level of attentiveness and courtesy, especially when seeking guidance on automotive needs. Customer service is a key part of any retail experience, and situations like this reflect poorly on the store as a whole. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue so future customers receive the assistance and respect they deserve.

  Mr.AJ has great customer service. I don’t usually like going to places in riverdale but I stop by today needed a light he help me even though they where extremely busy. Thank you

  The employee there Professionalism and Service was Excellent TopTier. He knew the exact materials, that I needed to buy. He was able to multi task. I was able to make it, to church in time. Just when I thought that most of the greats retired.I later found out that he was a manager. AJ most likely will move up, Im so greatful for his Excellent service and patience.
