I proceeded to the counter with merchandise and requested a total to facilitate a purchase order. After obtaining approval, I returned to the counter, where the cashier retrieved the previous transaction. However, the transaction was declined, and a manager was called to explain the code. The manager informed me that my Compdata card couldn't be used for truck-related purchases. I inquired about rescanning the merchandise, but the manager insisted that my card was invalid. I demonstrated the card's functionality by purchasing a pack of crackers and suggested that the initial scanning process might have been incorrect. The manager maintained that both he and the cashier were knowledgeable about the procedure and that my card was ineligible for truck merchandise purchases. As the card's purpose is for fuel and truck care, I requested to speak with a manager and was informed that he was the manager. I asked for the area manager's contact information, but he refused. I found the manager's behavior to be rude, loud, and unprofessional, particularly towards non-white customers, and suggested that he could benefit from customer service training.

Feb 16, 2026, @5:20 am, employees are snitching into bathrooms from top to see if there anyone, someone should teach them how to knock on doors instead of watching people do their business, almost all stalls were occupied and they put a sign that bathrooms are closed and they were yelling on customers that sign is up there for a reason, disgusting.

Came here today to get some antifreeze. Customer service was exceptional as I couldn't get the freaking cap off. They radio for help and the guy took it off with ease. (It was under pressure) All in all I topped it off and kept it moving. I come here all the time to fuel/DEF UP. This place has plenty of truck parking. A repair shop if you break down and different foods options if you're hungry. Stop by and check them out if you're in the area.

One of the 2 guys that drive the beat up white ford f-150,(1999-2001year model) that parks in the corner has an issue with staring at people when they’re resting in their vehicle, (9:00pm) and towering over them he would continually disappear into the night when I would make eye contact with him on 2-3-26 somewhere between 2100hrs and 2300hrs I believe it was a corpulent young man but again I was abruptly waken out off rest by someone me thud or clank so I don’t know if he was harassing or stalking parked customers 🫤. I went to the restroom around 2230 hrs and came back to my car and noticed that the white ford truck was gone at 2300 hrs I came back to the area and checked with a flashlight to look for rocks or projectiles and only saw some brown pebbles next to a rock bed so I’m not quite sure about That scenario
