I was next door getting a load of dirt my trailer and one of the tires went flat and Clay had 2 tires and Derrick brought the jack and an impact wrench and came down to my trailer and changed the tires in the parking lot next door to their store. These guys went above and beyond to help me Thank you guys so much Richard
- PDPatrick Derriso3 days ago5.0We have a Jeep Wrangle that has started to show signs of the infamous "Death Wobble". We brought it here for a road force balance and alignment. Clay, David and the team were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. They did not make any empty promises, and were very up front that the road force balance/alignment might not fix the issue. I appreciated their honesty and up-frontness. Since we have already had several parts replaced, we elected to move forward with the work since the issue was not previously resolved (replacement part work was done elsewhere). No shimmy in the jeep on the way home today, so immediate impression was that they have at a minimum helped the situation. I will absolutely be using them in the future. Overall great experience!

Their service to my car was perfect, but even more, they cared about ME!! To the point of staying with me until my ride home arrived. I live > 1.5 hours away, and they will be the only place I take my car to. They are not only great at what they do, but they genuinely care about their work AND their customers !!!

Without hesitation Clay said he would get me back on the road with no problem as long as I had a little patience as their parking lot was full of vehicles that required their attention. These men work tirelessly into the night, sacrificing for the good of those they take care of. He and his brother were more than willing to stay late to help me out. The Lord broke the mold when he made these men. They are living proof that there are great people in this world that will not leave you hanging. North Georgia Tire Discounters on Battlefield Parkway in Ringgold will always have my business and should have yours too. Stop in and see they treat you like family and that is rare in this world.
