Initially agreed to change the filters. Then they come in and tell me that one of the bands needs to be replaceced, I was hesitant not so much for the price but time wise since I needed to run several errands. I ask how long they tell me it's 30 mins and I'm like OK. Longer story short 3 hours and 30 mins later they inform me that they took out the part, don't have the spare and they I can't take my car home until tomorrow. Why would they offer to change a part without having the part available is beyond me. They should've scheduled the service for another day. Meanwhile someone from the shop had to take me home, all my errands go down the drain and my husband will have to miss work because we don't have our car. They better have some serious discounts coming my way for the loss of time and money. Never again keep way from this place. Zero stars would be more appropriate for this review.

Forgot maintenance reminder sticker but overall very good customer service and friendly staff. I plan to come again with my service needs for my vehicle.
