- JDJulie Devlin6 days ago1.0This place is a complete rip-off, I'll never ever take any vehicle to them and I'll tell every person I know what kind of place this is. They absolutely tried to railroad my daughter into thousands of dollars worth of repairs saying that the car's computer was bad - we sent her there to have the spark plugs checked because she was getting a misfire on cylinder 2. They refused to even check the spark plugs/wires and went on this long spiel about how it was the computer causing the error that would cost a minimum of $1700 plus some other issues for another $600+ in repairs. We only sent her there because it was a weekend morning and the only place open that would check the plugs. We got it to our trusted mechanic and the ACTUAL issue was a bad ignition coil on #2 that cost us about $125 to fix. So, buyer beware - this place is a total rip-off. *I see that there is a response from the store - the issue wasn't the PRICING, the issue was the blatant SCAMMING attempt. Make sure that you communicate that to your owners.
