- RMRussell MartinOct 27, 20255.0I had yet another great experience at store 4965 in Ringgold. GA. Your employee, Mike, listened closely to my describing what my car was doing. He ran a diagnostic test that confirmed a problem with a mass air flow sensor. He could have simply sold me a new sensor. However. he recommended I first try a cleaning solution, which was considerably less expensive. He even volunteered to show me the sensor and even went so far as to apply the cleaning product while I was there. After checking my air filter, we also determined my Infiniti QX 80 would also benefit from a new filter. Without my even asking, he also put the new filter in for me. This was way above and beyond what I had anticipated, and I thank Mike and your team for the excellent service. It’s one of many reasons I always go to this store while driving right past your competitor across the street. Your store and theirs do not even compare when it comes to the customer service I receive at Auto Zone. Thanks, Mike!

I presented him with a difficult situation & instead of doing the easy thing & turning me away he went above & beyond to get me situation. He reached out to his manager, several times, waited around with me & finally got me squared away. Customer service has gone down hill lately but he restored my faith. As a female in an auto parts store it’s easy to feel small, but he made me feel heard & empowered. He absolutely gave dad vibes & LEADERSHIP vibes. Very impressed. He deserves lunch on the GM AND a raise! 10/10. Thanks so much, Mike!

We went to the one by my house, where Michael gave us the right size spark plugs and boots and illustrated hands-on what the right size spark plug and boots should look like and fit. We were forever grateful for his assistance and knowledge and will be coming to this AutoZone for car parts! Thanks again, Michael!

Had to get this ordered too. On returning to the store I was served by Mike Harness he was extremely helpful and found the right part in Stock. Super nice guy and took care of the issue.
