  Tony and the younger gentleman who did the work, were absolutely amazing! Super fast, well priced and so far seems like the work was very well done. Even working with a short staffed crew, I couldn't have asked for better. Incase anyone is curious i have a 22 Nissan Altima SR Midnight Edition, and had all four sets of break pads replaced, also replaced the two rear rotors. I payed $908.00 & some change. That was labor and everything. They even took the honest route which for them means less money, by saying I only needed the rear breaks and rotors done, I am the one who wanted to do all four at the same time. Most places see that as a easy money grab, but for them they made sure I knew it wasn't necessary.

  Tires or oil change that’s about all you want. They bought all of the Savannah Tire locations and made the Cook family happy but did not keep the great employees. Mavis does not train their help on much of anything. It’s easy to see when you compare the parking lots of Mavis to Savh Tire years ago.

  Tony & his team at the Rincon location are phenomenal! They’re always helpful and able to work around my schedule. Pleasant & friendly. I’ve been to many Mavis locations, but Rincon is by far the best & my favorite!

  Do not do business here!!!!!!! Dropped our car off and it drove perfectly fine. We drove it off the lot and noticed something was wrong immediately. They blamed it on the fact that there wasn’t a mechanic there when they did the alignment. Just can’t believe we dropped off a car that drove perfect and left with a car we can’t even drive now.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service From Tony at Mavis — Even Before I Walked In I called Mavis Tire because my daughter needed four new tires and an alignment for her Honda Civic, and I had a lot of questions before sending her there. From the moment Tony answered the phone, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Instead of rushing me off the phone like a lot of places do, Tony actually took the time to explain the options, pricing, warranties, and what would make the most sense for her car. As a parent sending their daughter to handle it herself, that meant a lot because I wanted to make sure she wouldn’t feel pressured or confused when she arrived. Thanks to Tony, the entire process went smoothly. I sent my daughter in, and everything he explained over the phone matched exactly what happened when she got there. No surprises, no upselling, no confusion. Just honest, straightforward service. It’s rare these days to find someone who provides that level of professionalism and helpfulness before you even step foot in the store. Tony made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy, and because of him I’ll absolutely recommend this Mavis location to all my friends and family.
