  ⭐ Zero stars if possible. Avoid this location. This was my second awful experience with this Enterprise location. I reserved a vehicle over a month in advance and received a confirmation call the day before pickup. On the day of the rental, I was suddenly called and told my vehicle had been pulled from inventory due to a recall—no replacement arranged, leaving me completely stuck. The employee who claimed to be the manager was rude, dismissive, and refused to provide his full name when asked. When I requested a supervisor, he said he was the only person in the store. Minutes later, another person—also claiming to be a manager—called me and contradicted this, saying I could come in to get a business card. The communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. Bottom line: terrible customer service, zero accountability, and no solution offered. Enterprise ultimately failed to provide any alternative vehicle. ⚠️ Highly recommend a voiding this particular location.

  This is the second time I've had to rent a car here. I always get a nice clean vehicle to get me where im going. Staff has always been nice and professional

  This place is garbage they wait till the day before you leave call you and say they dont have the car then the lie and say its because of a recall liars then hang up on you these people are pathetic they should close the location rude smart mouth people

  Went online to reserve a SUV for a family trip and 2 days prior to the reserve date. The Rincon location called to let me know they can not rent me the SUV I had reserved. Said they have to move all large SUV for another event. I would not recommend them. That is a dirty way to do business.

  Manager Will is extremely professional and all about helping the customers. Customer Service provided bad / incorrect information. Will made it right and was able to assist, even when short staffed that day. Great cars. Friendly staff.
