  It’s funny they pride themselves in being family owned and for the people but they replaced the receptionists who ans wer the phone with a robot that answers the phone ..greedy won’t do my service here until i can speak with an actual human.

  I have seen 2 instances with 2 of my family members that have had issues with the service department. They have no concept of time. First, it was my mother, then it was my son. My son’s truck is still in the service department at this time waiting for the work to be completed. A loaner was given for 2 days as a “rental”, but now he has no way to go. Several friends have had the same issues with less than acceptable experience.

  Daquan was the best salesman I've ever interacted with. When my wife and I entered we wanted a vehicle but wasn't sure if we were going to purchase. Daquan was full of energy and excitement with our first interaction. He was patient, very patient. He answered all of our questions and help us make a final decision, which was not an easy process. He found exactly what I wanted down to the color. The process I hated was made pleasant, thanks to Daquan at Rincon Chevrolet. You are greatly appreciated.
