I recently had a mechanical issue and they did a diagnostic and were so great explaining the issue. I had to leave my vehicle with them for several days (had to wait on a part) and they were in constant contact and even made suggestions on what needed to be done that would save me money. Kevin made it a priority to get my vehicle back to me by fixing my car as soon as the part came in. He took pictures and took time to explain in laymen terms what was wrong. I have found my new mechanic! I would definitely recommend the Rincon location of Express Oil Change and Express Tire Engineers. They are awesome and they are friendly with great customer service!

Theses guys/gals fixed my van the first time and got it right after taking to Davis Tire multiple times and couldn't get the check engine light off. Quality service Quality pricing Quality people. Highly recommend!!!!!! Kevin is a beast and highly knowledgeable! Elizabeth is wonderful with a great personality. This whole establishment from the service team to the oil change team are the best!
- DHDavid HandDec 26, 20254.0I went in today for a basic oil change. I've had a slight engine rattle for awhile. They offered to diagnose it for $20. I said sure, not realizing or being warned they would be pulling it apart to discover the issue. Was quoted an alternator issue, belt tensioner, and belt needing replace, $1400. Completely unaffordable for me currently. They put it back together, and instead of a slight rattle, it 100% sounds and feels as though it could die at any moment. Big mistake to have them diagnose the issue for me. Edit: Elizabeth and team have worked with me to find options to get it repaired, I appreciate the effort put in. Will have the work done by them and continue using their services.

They were very sweet and helpful as well. They were both very worried about my tires (was warranted they were so bad) Thomas gave me a quote and was sweet about it. Other wise I always have an amazing experience at this location and always appreciate the kind and helpful. Express oil change in Rincon is always my first choice when any quick fixes or diagnostics needed.
