  Reserved a car because my truck needed repairs and I dropped it off at the shop on Tuesday and my reservation with enterprise was for Wednesday morning and they were to pick me up “we’ll pick you up “ as the advertisement states, but after spending over a half an hour setting up the appointment with the agent and explained everything in full and completed detail. First at 8:28 am I received a call from John the Enterprise branch manager verifying my appointment, the not even 2 minutes later, he called back saying he can’t pick me up because I’m out of their range or area of pick up. Now I’m stranded here at a campground with no food or drinks for the day and possibly tomorrow too. Never will I use Enterprise again!!!!! Pissed off customer!

  Needed rental car asap, had to leave my vehicle for repair in a shop close by this location. Cole Bristol helped me right away, found available car, followed me to the repair shop, and I gave him a ride back to the office. The repair took longer, they extended my reservation, no problem. When returned the rental car, Cole gave me a ride to the repair shop again. Excellent job, thanks again.

  Supposed to have a Standard SUV AWD from December 27 thru January 2, going to the mountains of West Virginia. We got the AWD because of the possibility of snow. This was at the Rincon, GA location. Got there on time, only to find out that they did not have my vehicle and they asked me if I wanted a smaller SUV, which wasn’t even ready. The vehicle was entire to small for 5 adults. They offered a 4x4 pick-up. The only problem was there wasn’t enough tread to handle any snow if we were to run into some. This put us at risk for an accident. Both these vehicles also had a rough appearance to them. After this they said they have no other option. I find this unacceptable.
