- MMmcdonald02054 days ago2.0Supposed to have a Standard SUV AWD from December 27 thru January 2, going to the mountains of West Virginia. We got the AWD because of the possibility of snow. This was at the Rincon, GA location. Got there on time, only to find out that they did not have my vehicle and they asked me if I wanted a smaller SUV, which wasn’t even ready. The vehicle was entire to small for 5 adults. They offered a 4x4 pick-up. The only problem was there wasn’t enough tread to handle any snow if we were to run into some. This put us at risk for an accident. Both these vehicles also had a rough appearance to them. After this they said they have no other option. I find this unacceptable.

The first representative was extremely attentive, explained everything clearly, and even walked me to the car in the rain, showing me all the details of the vehicle. Any time I needed assistance by phone, they answered quickly and resolved my issues right away. The return process was also very smooth and stress-free. Overall, an amazing experience. Highly recommend this location and company!

I needed a rental fast due to my own vehicle breaking down while having to deal with a family emergency. They didn’t have what I reserved at first but went out of their way to get me into a vehicle regardless of their inventory. Branch manager John Lemmo went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied and offered any assistance to ensure I had a great experience.. and no, I am not a robot. Hats off to Enterprise..
