She was not only extremely helpful, but also genuinely kind, patient, and attentive, which made my experience so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who treats customers with such respect and care, and I truly appreciate the effort she put into making sure I left with the right parts and the right information. The crazy thing is Dj asked me if she could check under the hood of the car. I popped the hood open and she was checking to make sure I had windshield fluid for the windshield wipers I was about to purchase. During her check she noticed my battery had a weird blue substance and acid all around. My battery looked awful and she found out I had the wrong type of battery in my car. She was proactive and ordered me another one so I wouldn't have any future issues. And she did a 360 check around my car and took the time to give me a list of everything I needed. That was really nice and I appreciated that. Dj's positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. Honestly it was like finding a new friend. Thank you again Dj for your outstanding service you turned what could have been a stressful errand into a pleasant experience. AutoZone is lucky to have you on the team!
