    I'm done, the service has went down and for the second time they gave me the wrong part causing me a headache having to get a ride back to the store to get the correct part...... O'Reilly's from now on

    My son just went there because his Jetta was overheating. He asked for the European Prestone (pink) and they gave him "all vehicle" saying that's what he's supposed to use. Thankfully, he only topped his reservoir off but he'll still need to get a flush, I imagine. They should have known this!! You can't mix coolants. Good Lord.

    This location is absolutely the worst advance auto parts store I have ever visited. Customer service sucks. They can’t look up your purchase history with your name and or phone number.. If this is an independent store Or not. corporate needs to come in and fix this location. It’s making advance auto parts in general look like shit. Now I know why the store is always empty.. And please!!! Stop blaming corporate for the store not doing what needs to be done. It’s the staffs responsibility to satisfy the customers not corporates Maybe corporate does need to come in and show the store management how to treat their customers

    I went to the store to purchase replacement parts for my vehicle. They showed no interest in helping me! Definitely not the customer service that I would have expected. I felt like I was putting him out when asking for help. So disappointing. I left and went to AUTO ZONE ... THEY WENT ALL OUT TO HELP ME. Will not return or recommend them at all.
