  Henrietta was able to assist me with my trucks tire change and give me advice on when to get my other fluid changed in my vehicle. Thank you to her, Lucas, and their manager Steve for the stellar work.

  Fantastic experience because of the great customer service by Rebecca both when special ordering the Pirelli run flat tire as well as on the day of the install. Rebecca was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The expensive Pirelli run flat was the same price at Mavis as I had seen online but Rebecca was able to get it waaaay faster then the week I would have had to wait if ordered from one of the big tire warehouses. Additionally, when the tire arrived early in the morning, she right away gave me a call to let me know it was in and ready to install. I lucked out when I was dropping off the Mini Cooper at 0900 as the shop had an open bay for the install to get done right away so I just waited. This is not the norm as Mavis is usually extremely busy since they do such a good job that many people go there. For that reason and because of great employees like Rebecca, I definitely recommend Mavis.

  Absolute life savers. On a 17 hour drive from Florida to Ohio and our tire blows out on the highway in the middle of the night, so we call first thing in the morning on a Friday where they are SLAMMED with appointments all day and ask if they can do an emergency tire change so we can get on the road and they made the accommodation to get us in an hour… in an hour… on a last minute notice! This was a life saver moment and the price for an on the spot job was absolutely great and reasonable, the lady at the front was very very nice and helpful as well as the mechanics that got it done did a great job.

  I had an outstanding experience thanks to Henrietta. Even though I was in a different state, she went above and beyond by setting up my account and taking care of my car and oil change appointment fixing the mistake made by sub par oil places like Take 5 Oil Change. I’ve worked with her before, so I already trusted her judgment, I count myself lucky that there is someone in the industry that will give you proper advice and care. Everything was handled smoothly, professionally, and with great communication throughout the entire process. I say it is rare to find someone so reliable and willing to help no matter the distance or issue.

  Purchased a set of tires a few months ago from Mavis. For reference I have a 2018 Hyundai ELANTRA which is a pretty small vehicle and already makes a lot of road noise at highway speeds. The tires that I originally purchased were a Mavis brand tire originally made by hankook I believe. Unfortunately those tires along with the size of the vehicle made a significant amount of road noise which made the car downright unbearable to drive. I took it back to the tire shop a handful of times to address other potential issues that may be going on with the vehicle and when all other potential causes were addressed we finally decided that the tires were the culprit. Despite having a little over 1000 miles on the pair, Mavis and their customer service team were willing to work with me to have the tires replaced to a set of Michelins instead. I did have to cover the difference in cost between the two sets of tires which wasn’t a big issue as I expected that would be the case. Significant improvement in the road noise! Nothing All in all I cannot recommend the original hankook/Mavis brand tire (1 out 5 rating), But the manager and the personnel that I worked with to help me resolve the issue were very understanding and very professional. I would recommend anybody to purchase tires at this Mavis store with the customer care I received.
