  I had a great experience with Joe Hudson’s Collision Center in Richmond Hill. The staff was professional and responsive from start to finish. Mac, Destiny, and Nicole were all excellent to work with. They kept me informed throughout the process and answered any questions I had. The repair was completed quickly and the quality of the work looks great. Everything lined up well and the truck looks like it should. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repair.

  The communication was excellent! Repair came out amazing. Looked brand new. Customer service was awesome. I loved the daily text updates. Repairs came out earlier than expected. Will definitely recommend this facility for body work and repairs.

  My vehicle, a Kia K5, was hit only three days after I purchased it from the dealership. My insurance company recommended Joe Hudson Collision in Richmond Hill, Georgia, and scheduled my appointment for March 9 at 9:30 a.m. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Destiny. She welcomed me with a smile and treated me like family. She was warm, professional, and already familiar with both me and my vehicle. Her level of preparation stood out. It was clear she had reviewed the day’s appointments before customers arrived, which made the check in process smooth and efficient. A few moments later, Mac came out to meet me. Like Destiny, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and well prepared. Mac walked me through the entire repair process from beginning to end. He explained each step clearly and also discussed possible complications due to the car being so new. I appreciated how thorough and transparent he was. I asked how long repairs would take. Mac estimated no later than about a week. Later that day, after returning home, I realized my grandson’s tablet was still in the back seat of the car. I called the shop immediately. Destiny kindly went out to retrieve the tablet and safely stored it in the office until I could pick it up the next day. I truly appreciated that extra effort. Communication from the shop began immediately after I left the appointment and continued throughout the repair process. I received updates about where my car was and what stage of repair it was in. This communication continued until the day I picked up the vehicle. I received a message on Wednesday that my car was ready for pickup. I arrived around 1:30 p.m. and was again greeted by the same friendly team. The repair work was outstanding. I was impressed with the quality and attention to detail. I highly recommend Joe Hudson Collision in Richmond Hill. The team delivered excellent customer service, clear communication, and high quality repair work. I hope I do not need collision repair again, but if I do, this is the shop I will return to and recommend to others.
