  I consistently come to this place for my oil changes. They're always very welcoming and friendly. The workers always seem like they're having fun and smiling and the service is quick and professional. I've never had anything but good experiences here even when they're very busy.

  Two days and the worst service ever SCAM. They had me to buy items for this vehicle and couldn't even install them properly based and wanted to charge me and have the nice reception to due the dirty work ...Chris & Brian are the worst managers ever! Don't go here as they will rip you off! They don't have the experience to fix your car!!!!

  Went there today to get my oil drip pan replaced after they broke it during my last oil change. Was told it would take 1-1.5hrs max. After three hrs I asked for an explanation of why it was taking so long, and the manager Chris Valle, came and was literally yelling at me in the lobby of the store. I have never been so disrespected by a “professional” establishment in my life . As someone who has been coming to express oil changed for 10 years, this is the last time they will ever get my business. Absolutely horrendous customer service and behavior by the manager.

  I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the handling of my recent visit to your shop and the service comments documented on my invoice. Prior to any work being declined, I personally notified your staff and drove to the shop twice to explain the wheel spacer and lug nut setup on my vehicle. I clearly explained that: • The lug nuts can be removed and a socket does fit properly. • I personally installed the setup by hand with no power tools. • The vehicle was driven to your shop specifically to have the installation reviewed and to address or eliminate any potential safety concerns, not because of vibration, failure, or an existing issue. Your staff initially indicated the work could be performed, yet later declined service, stating there was “no room to get a socket in the wheel to properly secure the wheel to the hub.” This statement is factually incorrect, as demonstrated by my ability to remove and install the lug nuts without issue. I also explained that: • The wheel spacers came with their own lug nuts. • I used the vehicle’s lug nuts to secure the spacers, and the spacer lug nuts to secure the wheels. • While this configuration is reversed from the typical installation method, it is still functional. • The spacer lug nuts have been used on my vehicle for over four years without incident. Despite clearly explaining this setup on multiple occasions, my statements were dismissed and ignored. Additionally, I was informed that your shop could not retain the wheel spacers, which I accepted without issue. However, declining the work after stating it could be performed—and documenting an inaccurate reason for refusal—is unacceptable. I fully understand a shop’s right to decline work for safety or policy reasons. However, this situation reflects poor communication, incorrect documentation, and a failure to acknowledge firsthand information provided by the customer. Needless to say in my opinion they’re only good for oil changes.
