I called one day and made an appointment and they were there within three days---and that delay was because of insurance. They were professional and courteous, yet down-to-earth and super friendly. The job was done well, and I am a satisfied customer. I hope I do not need Justin and his team again anytime soon, but they will be my first call for glass repair.

This time it was a full on RV windshield replacement for our motorhome. From the first conversation to the last, they are on top of things. Our windshield was special order coming from Indiana. They didn't wait. It was ordered immediately. We scheduled a time for install and opted to drive to their shop 40 minutes from our house. We did this just to eliminate any possible breakage/damage to such a large piece of glass. Unpon arrival there was plenty of room to drive into the fenced parking lot. While Dawn was on the phone helping another customer, she acknowledged us. She was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. We also asked if they could secure a metal frame piece from the driver's side that kept falling off. Several RV repair techs tried to fix it but it would just fall off within a few days. A day later we picked we picked up our motorhome. The workmanship was great. Nice, clean work. One of the owners called the next day to follow-up. If you get to choose who does your auto glass work, make sure you request Chip's.
