- JJJayJul 17, 20255.0My Jeep wouldn’t start so I took the battery to this Auto Zone. I saw Jeff working on a SUV outside so I approached and let him know my situation. He offered me the right tools to remove my battery, and also made great recommendations. I met Khaliah at the counter who had outstanding customer service too. Jeff assisted with my battery removal and replacement. My new replacement battery was even bad and he even swapped that out ASAP. I felt like my problems really weren’t problems with his help. Thanks Jeff and Khaliah! I hope the store gets well deserved pay raises when they come around.
