Rug beater poor design. It dropped my shaken rug in to a pile of dirt and hair of the previous carpets. That was the worst. And the vac hoses should have a swing arm or longer hoses. the hoses rubbed and dragged all over the top of my vehicle. Scuffing the roof. Hoses are not long enough. Could not vacuum the back. Truly disappointed. But again the staff was kind at the gate. And the clean towels and cleaners were nice. They smelled clean not musty as they often do.
