  I had an outstanding experience with Savannah Tire of Mavis! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect tires for my vehicle. Installation was quick, and their transparent pricing made everything easy. Their commitment to quality and safety really stood out. I highly recommend them—10 out of 10!

  I had a great experience with this shop during a stressful situation. I got a flat tire on a Sunday while traveling, and unfortunately it couldn’t be repaired. Even though they didn’t have my tire in stock, the team went out of their way to help me find one at another shop. They even assisted with getting it ordered so I could have it taken care of the next day. Their willingness to go above and beyond—especially when they couldn’t directly make the sale—really stood out. It’s rare to find that level of customer service. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of honest and supportive service.

  We had a flat on I95 & we were towed to the local tire shop who wasn’t a lot of help BUT the Savannah Tire was nearby, they went above & beyond to help us. We are so thankful that we found them. Hunter, Winston & Nikki make a GREAT TEAM! They took care of us, made sure to locate 2 more tires of the same brand so we could install all 4. While there someone had delivered their door dash to an adjacent local tire shop. Nikki gave them directions to retrieve their food & then called the shop to inform them that a customer was on their way to claim their food. What a sweet blessing that Savannah Tire shop was & the other local tire shops should take notice because this crew knows how to make customers happy. We did stop in to the other tire shop, they should take lessons.

  Excellent customer service! Y’all were super busy when I pulled up about my tire sensors, but I still felt like a top priority. Nikki came right out with the diagnostic tool and explained everything I needed. Wamba did his thing!! Not only fixed the sensors but also caught a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak. He took care of it quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate you all—thank you so much!

  Got screwed when putting new tires on trailer a few days ago. Had 2 of my 4 stems blow out on the highway headed south. Called these guys up and said I could bring tires right over. Got there with the 2 tires and they replaced the stems and had me back out of there in under 30 minutes. Would have given 5 stars but they only put about 60 lbs in tires that are rated 110. Thank god we had our own air compressor to fill tires up. All in all though service was good and would use them again in the future if needed.
