  I don’t know how you scratch a brand new windshield, but I have a 3 inch scratch a cracked dash and I found a missing screw in my weatherstripping in my floorboard. I don’t know if I just got a bad technician or what the first technician was fantastic due to rain. We had to reschedule. The second technician didn’t even call me.

  Had scheduled an appointment for 10am, I arrived about 10 minutes early to check in. The woman at the desk tells me it's going to be a 3 HOUR wait, atleast. I decided to try and wait it out. I sat in the waiting room for an hour listening to the extremely loud music in the shop and listening to the shop employees carry on. Finally decided to leave since they hadn't taken my car back yet. Unclear the point of an appointment at a specific time if you aren't going to be seen at that time. Will not return.

  I had to have my rear window in my ram replaced I had 2 things in the bed of my truck and I got called saying that the techs can’t do the work I asked if I gave you permission to move the 2 items she said no(I live over an hour away) I had to drive back remove items so they could do the work on 4/20 after a previous appt of 4/17 with a 4/16 drop off I receive a call my vehicle is done info to pick it up and theirs glass on the floor still and where the window was replaced theirs all scratches when I went to say something to the lady up front she proceeded to give me an attitude like I was inconveniencing her whole day because her techs didn’t finish the job…STAY AWAY from this Safelite.

  Made an appointment a week in advance, appontment was confirmed from thier staff. Near the end of the expected window I get a call from the tech, I was added to his route at the last minute and he wont be able to arrive until an hour after the window ended. No apology, just frustration when i said I wasnt waiting until 7:00pm at work for them to BEGIN. I cancelled my appointment and filled out the survey with poor remarks. Two weeks habe gone by and still no follow up and no apology. I'll pay more somewhere, I recommend the same for you.

  Was a long wait, it took a 3.5 hours. Great Job at first, then 2 days later it rained and I turned on my winshield wipers, they didn't work they did what is in my photo, it started to get worse, luckily I was at a turn light, and pulled into the parking lot, trying to get a hold of the company. Took forever to get through with the computer voice to get a person. Then that representative could not get a hold of this location. Hubby escorted me when the rain stopped all the way to this location and of course it began to rain again, and could not see for a few min. while getting off the freeway. Got there, the guy was like I am the only one here, when hubby and I walked passed the employee entrance going in, 6 ppl were just hangging out, not doing anything. They took my car back right away and tried to apologize for this inconvienience, but I was so upset, because this the first time I have ever had to get my winshield changed, and did it through this place because family and friends say they do the best job, but I will never be using them again....well this location. Even when I was sitting for 3 hours waiting, 2 other ppl were talking about somone who did the at home service and how horrible they did. I should have known to double check my wiper blades, but isn't that part of the service before returning your car so you can leve safely! "Safe" is in the name, didn't feel safe at that moment.
