  I came in before work, frantic and frustrated about my flat tire. Carli and Reggie really came through with fast and friendly service. My entire experience was seamless and I was out in no time.I will certainly be recommending and returning.

  Carli and Reggie were extremely helpful when I came in with a radiator issue. Even though Mavis couldn't resolve the issue with the car, they still went above and beyond to find someone who could and found me a towing company for my car.

  Worse experience ever! for a 2020 Chevy Silverado. i showed up at 11am! i was quoted $350 over the phone for 2 front brakes and 2 rotors. to my surprise when i went to pay, i ended up being charged $701 because i need a whole new caliper. and they only did one rotor not the second because it "was not needed" so why still $701? i went to the store at 11am. when they gave me the vehicle around 3pm. they never told me about the BRAKE WARNING LIGHT. (which was never showing to begin with) so they took it back to fix it... it was now 6PM!!! they gave the vehicle back, and now every light lit up the dash.. they said "they dont know whats wrong with it, they tried everything" they told me to drive to the other pooler location so they can fix it. but at this point my truck did not allow my to drive past 30mph and i had no brake pressure at all. the truck will not stop unless Ebrake was pulled. i refused to move it. At this point the other manager from another location showed up and within 15 minutes took care of everything! And the worst thing about the whole situation. i was there from 11am until 645pm and some one damaged and scratched my rim while it was being test driven at some point. (time stamped picture of proof) i spoke with another manager from the location that actually fixed the problem and now waiting to hear from them to get this situation resolved.

  I came in last minute for a tire panicking because I blew a tire on I95, from a pothole 😒. I googled a tire service near me and this one popped up. Reggie & Ray were tremendously kind and knowledgeable about the car (because it’s a luxury one I didn’t know everything) and took it upon themselves to go above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. They have a customer for life now. 10/10 recommend

  I had a great experience at this tire shop! I came in at 8 AM and they didn’t have the tires my car needed in stock, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure they had them ready for me by 12 during my lunch break. I was honestly very impressed with how quickly they handled everything. On top of that, everyone was very polite and professional the entire time. Their customer service really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone needing tires!
