  FANTASTIC! HUGE SHOUT OUT to Angela ( 5 star customer service ) and their entire team ! Under a stressful blow out on my horse trailer - with the horse - they went over and beyond. The mgr. personally called overnight boarding facility, SWEET WOLF FARM arrange for me to take her , come back, order 4 new tires - discounted. Staff even stayed past closing On SUNDAY. TU TU TU . TU . TU and to the farm staff for such great care.

  Terrible service. Paid $840 for tires, mounting, and balancing. picked my car up and my steering wheel was thumping so bad and car was pulling to the right. (DID NOT DO THAT BEFORE) took it back TWICE and they still couldn’t figure it out. Took it to a different shop and they told me mavis did not balance or alignment my tires. called Mavis back to tell them and they won’t reimburse me after all of my trouble. Won’t even cover the other fees for ANOTHER SHOP TO FIX IT, AFTER I JUST PAID $840. Corporate proceeded to tell me that their mounting machine was broken that day, but the manager NEVER told me that? He still sent me on the road TWICE with shotty work. The other shop I took it to get fixed told me there’s NO way they couldn’t tell it wasn’t balanced or aligned. This could have been my life being that my tires weren’t put on correctly. They did me dirty and do NOT have qualified technicians. Jason acts like is so kind and caring but no. He lied to my face and robbed me. I do not recommend. HORRIBLE shop. Save your money and time and maybe your LIFE.

  Yeah, here is very bad people they just said for the money they took the money from the people. The first time he told me like problem in the alignment for the alarm and they charge me like $105 and he said I’ll give you $20 discount. This is the bullshit. The problem was not go away then he told me this problem to buy balance dated the balance he charged me like $105 again still same problem. It is very bad bad bad people

  VERIFY OIL FILTER AND TIRE ROTATION BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!!! I came into Mavis, pooler parkway location on 4/17/26 at my appointment time, 8 am sharp when they opened to drop my truck off. I was getting an oil change. I asked the gentleman behind the counter to add a tire rotation as the online option would not let me add when I booked online, he said no problem we will take care of you. I go back to work for the day and a co-worker said, “check your filter and make sure they rotated the tires, the last time I was there they didn’t rotate my tires nor changed the filter just added fresh oil.” I call at 10:41 to check the status and he said “we just finished you up.” I arrive to pick up at 12:45, I walk straight to my truck and sure enough, the same old oil filter is still on my truck and the tires were not rotated. I go inside and he looked up worked on it, called them in and the mechanic said, “I didn’t change the filter because I could not locate it.” WOW! He also didn’t rotate the tires because he said it was not on the ticket. They did stop what they were doing and did another oil change with a NEW filter however still did not rotate the tires before sitting my truck down, I had to go tell him my self and then they rotated my tires. The manager there said the employee would be written up. This is ridiculous and there are zero excuses. I will never take my vehicle here again. BEWARE! **because of all of this the manager did not charge me, which he shouldn’t have. There is no telling how many cars this has happened to.**

  How and why is it that I brought my car in for an alignment, and I left with my alignment being even worse than it was before I came here?????? I have dated print outs from the business that installed my tires showing this to be true. On 4/7, I had to purchase tires from an entirely different business. They were unable to do an ALIGNMENT because I have a VW and they weren't equipped to do European cars. They did check the alignment and even gave me a paper showing what and where it was wrong. (See photo dated 4/7 at the top left.) The next day, today 4/8, I came to Mavis in Pooler for the ALIGNMENT. I thought it was odd that they only had my car in the garage part for about half an hour, but anyway, I paid for the service and left. My car still felt funny so I returned to the place that installed my tires and fortunately they were willing recheck the alignment... and their diagnostic came back showing the alignment was worse than it was prior to coming to Mavis(see the photo dated 4/8 on the top left corner of the paper) There is more red than there was before. These people somehow messed the alignment up worse than it had been . I called to inform them and wasn't happy with the response. I'm not bringing my car back in hopes of them actually fixing it. They already proved that they are incapable of that. The photo uploaded shows before the alignment service, the receipt from my service here at Mavis, and another report from my tire shop after the service I received here. What in the actual heck. Yall messed my car up.
