- TSteresa sheffieldNov 2, 20251.0I was going on Road trip 11/01/2025. I came in for tire change of 2 tires(285) on 10/30/2025 with no warning lights on dashboard when I arrived . Upon leaving I discovered all of my warning lights were on . I returned back to the store the next day to have the mechanic to correct the problem but was unsuccessful . I called Honda to see if I can check to see what is wrong with it . They stated I will have to pay 195.00 for a diagnostic. I called Savannah tire back and explained that I couldn’t pay that after I paid them 285.00 . I was told to go to another Savannah tire next to the original store I was serviced to have them look at it. I could not bring my car and had to use my mother’s vehicle to travel in fear that my car would be damaged more. My mother took my car to the other location as was unable to let mechanic look at it due to the mechanic leaving. I also called to retrieve the store’s email but was unsuccessful. The problem has not been resolved as of yet and I really would like some assistance in this matter . Please provide email address so I can reach out. Thanks.

- MHMaria HoneycuttOct 2, 20251.0Worst experience ever! The staff is severely bad at communicating. We set an appt for 10 am and the receptionist called 30 minutes beforehand to push us back an hour. We showed up at the new Time and dropped off the vehicle for an alignment. Waited for an hour and a half for them to call us and said it was done, then call back and say it wasn’t done. But then they said it is done unless we want to pay to get something else added. So we declined and showed up to pay for the alignment. We played and then asked a question about the shocks they said that needed done. Apparently they didn’t do any service on the car and we waited an hour and a half for nothing, we were charged and then only got a refund when we caught it and asked for one. Waste of time ! Why would i go in for an alignment and take an hour and a half of my time waiting to get a service done when it wasn’t even performed but they attempted to charge us anyways.
