    DO NOT USE THEM!! NO SHOW!!! No call, text, email. A few hours before the appointment window they deleted my account/appointment, claiming no appointment is found for me. Even though i have the email reminders about the appointment date. Took off work only to waste an entire day, just for my time to be disrespected. I would never consider or recommend this place to anyone. The "one liners" responses the owner is leaving on these reviews should tell you how much they care about you being underserved. "Owner", save the one liner from my review, i dont want it

    Twice Safelight technicians no call no showed for my confirmed “appointments” on 08NOV & 11NOV. I got no contact from the company until I reached out to Safelight customer line & both times the “glass hadn’t come in” and they can’t estimate any ETA on when the glass for my very common SUV- a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee- will come in. Safelight didn’t have the courtesy to inform me they didn’t have the supply for my glass in ahead of the days of waiting for both appointments or even the day of as we’re waiting. If I could give no stars- I would. If any consumer wants reliable and communicate service- avoid this place with a ten foot pole. Very disappointed and they will not get any business of mine and I will spread the word on my experience to others looking for auto glass replacement. Big thumbs down for Safelight Pooler location.

    I scheduled an appointment online for a Monday and received confirmation that the service would be completed at my home. Then, the Saturday before the appointment, a woman from the Pooler location called and changed the service to their shop instead. Because of work, that appointment was difficult to keep, but I was told to call Monday morning to verify the glass had arrived and to find out what time to come in. I was frustrated by the last-minute change but wasn’t given any other option. When I called Monday morning, the same woman answered. I asked whether the glass had arrived and when I should come in. To my surprise, she told me she had canceled my appointment because I was “rude.” I was understandably upset about the unexpected change and short notice, but that’s no excuse for canceling my service. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I ended up calling Auto Glass Now, who were able to get the glass and complete the work the same day. They were a bit more expensive than SafeLite, but the professional service was worth every penny. I can’t believe I’m the only customer who has had issues with this location. If you value good communication and professionalism, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

    I was rescheduled 4 times to finally get service. You are given a choice of morning or afternoon appointments, if you live more than 10 miles, ensure you schedule a morning appointment, not that this means anything, your technician may have 5 or 6 stops before yours, meaning that it is unlikely they will get you, as each replacement takes over 2 hours on average, especially if your vehicle requires recalibration.

    Edit: downgrading to a one star. Reached out to customer service within 48 hours of original instal, was told by customer service and a manager that they’d reach out soon to schedule a repair to the latch. It is now almost two weeks on and I have still not been contacted. I want to give five stars because I’ve gotten both the front and rear glass on my 4 runner replaced. Windshield install was great. However. The rear install was done and they called to inform me that during the install the handle for the rear hatch was somehow disconnected and no longer worked. (It worked when the vehicle was dropped off). The only options given were to leave the interior panel off or put it back on and they advised I take it to another shop. No solutions for the fact that that my rear hatch door does not open because of something that happened during install.
