Their "post" pictures that shows "no damage" has the headlight cut out of the picture. All of the pictures are centered... except the one that would show the damage on the headlight. Brand new car... not even 10k miles on it... and they are refusing to accept accountability... seems to be the norm now days. I am following up with corporate and if i get no where with that.. I will call my insurance company and file a claim for the damage they did. non centered picture attached... just how convenient. This is the most unprofessional business i have ever been to. The manager is rude... and if you have an issue he WILL avoid you. I had to pop in unannounced. This has been a nightmare from the 3 different times i have had to bring my car back due to issues of not having the proper materials... to them losing my keys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In response to your suggestion... i have chatted with your agents multiple times with no resolve.

The technician never called or showed up for the original appointment. The local Safelite shop never called to explain why the technician didn't show up. I had to Google the customer service number to speak with a human. The customer service representative worked to make things right and rescheduled a new appointment for December 20, 2025 with a different technician. The second technician, Gary, called me the day of the appointment, arrived within the scheduled timeframe, and did the job correctly. I appreciate Gary professionalism and for respecting my time. A simple call or email explaining what went wrong with the first appointment would have went a long way.

My previous windshield had been improperly installed 3 weeks previous by another company in town, and they refused to warranty or fix the damage. Safelite stepped in and completely turned things around. The location is in a nice, non crowded area, the shop and waiting room are clean, and the entire team is professional, friendly, and very accommodating. I especially appreciated the secure key drop box, which allowed me to drop off my vehicle before they opened, since I didn’t have time to wait in the lobby—such a convenient option! On top of that, Safelite charged half the price for the same windshield, trim, and rain sensors compared to AutoGlassNow, who had done a shoddy job the first time. If you need auto glass service done right the first time, I highly recommend Safelite. Excellent service, great value, and true professionalism!
