  Jake made my experience truly memorable. Even though he was ahead of schedule, he called first to see if I was available. When I let him know I was still at work, he kindly offered to come to my job to complete the repair, which I really appreciated. He was very informative throughout the entire process. He clearly explained the repair, including the small potential risks, so I knew exactly what to expect. He kept me updated when he arrived and again when he finished. He even called to let me know that after injecting the resin into the crack, it turned out less noticeable than expected. His communication, professionalism, and kindness really stood out. I’m very grateful for such a smooth and stress-free experience.

  Had a new windshield placed in my car last week. The windshield is great and it was installed perfectly. However the customer service as my husband walked in was terrible. The girl/woman was rude to him and rolled her eyes and basically pushed him off on someone else to help him. Then when I made the appt I wasn’t asked if I wanted the Mercedes windshield put in my vehicle or the standard windshield. My husband was asked as the tech was driving my car to install the windshield. I should have been given the choice at the scheduling time.

  if I could give a negative. it would be for this location in Pooler. This very well could be the worst business in the state. They damaged my vehicle during the install of a new windsheild and will not do what they told me would be done to take of the damage. They avoid taking calls, dont return phone calls, dont e mail. dont reply to e mails even from their corporate office. dont communicate at all. This has been going on for a month now. Avoid this location at all cost. their moto should be safelite damage safelite gives you the finger
